Release 3 of My AmeriCorps

 

Dear National Service Colleagues,

I am happy to inform you that My AmeriCorps’ Release 3 update successfully launched this morning, and is live and ready for use. We encourage you to log on and begin to take advantage of its new functions.

As we all get accustomed to the My AmeriCorps upgrades, we understand that you may have questions about the system. We have put the following support mechanisms in place to make the transition as smooth as possible for you:

1) Training Support: If you have not already done so, please use the My AmeriCorps training resources that are available at the Resource Center. The tutorials and webinars are designed to guide you easily through the My AmeriCorps functions. The tutorials offer quick and easy instructions and, of course, the flexibility of doing them on your own time. For AmeriCorps State and National, you still have an opportunity to sign up for the remaining webinars. Participants in those webinars are able to ask questions and request further clarification on the spot.

2) Technical Support: After reviewing the tutorials or webinars, if you still have questions or problems, you can contact the following technical assistance services for one-on-one coaching:

  • AmeriCorps State and National:
  • AmeriCorps VISTA
    • Sponsors should contact their state officer
  • NCCC
    • eGrants Help Desk 1-888-677-7849

I want to thank the Corporation staff and all of you for your hard work and patience throughout this entire process. Especially today, the work we are all doing is crucial to moving our country forward. I look forward to seeing the impacts these portal systems enhancements will have on the productivity and effectiveness of our work.
