The Disaster Services Corps serves with agencies that have a role in disaster planning, response, recovery, or mitigation in the Green River Area Development District. Members are trained as Community Emergency Response Teams and by the Red Cross in disaster response and recovery. Members will facilitate Citizen Corps programs and recruit citizen volunteers for training. Members will participate in service projects and collaborate with other Corporation programs and community agencies.
