Executive Summary
The Generation Iowa AmeriCorps Program engages college students as AmeriCorps members to result in college success and living in Iowa post-graduation to combat Iowa's brain drain. College students serve in rural and urban communities across the state of Iowa to develop skills, build local connections, and meet community education, opportunity, and health needs.
