Regulations related to the Corporation’s authority to suspend or terminate this grant are contained in 45 CFR§2540.400. In addition, Grantees may suspend or terminate assistance to one of their sub-grantees, provided that such action affords the sub-grantee, at a minimum, the notice and hearing rights described in 45 CFR§2540.400.
