Linda J. Southcott

Linda Southcott leads a unit focused on independently monitoring the AmeriCorps grant portfolio to ensure program activities are in compliance with federal regulations and AmeriCorps policies. 

Previously, Southcott was the deputy director of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program, one of the VA’s largest homeless services initiatives. Prior to joining the VA, she led strategic planning and grants management efforts for local county government programs related to public health, affordable housing, homelessness, and economic development.
